Both Dr Oliver and Dr Cherry Brightwell are as good as it gets where doctors are concerned. They both have personality’s, which fit in with my way of thinking, and overall over the past 25 years they have been a pleasure to know and trust

Slightly difficult to get an apointment when required. Reeptionist very bright and helpful. Very pleased with treatment given by my GP.

In general I find the GPs very helpful but with ongoing treatment I don't think they realise how difficult it can be to make an appointment when they ask me to return in 2 weeks though - see other patient reviews. I tend to make my appointments online as that takes less time than the telephone. I notice that some appointments have been made for me and it takes a long time to receive a letter as confirmation. With my blood pressure checks 2 appointments had been made but only 1 was confirmed in the letter. If I hadn't checked online they'd have counted me as a no-show for the 2nd appointment. I've now been waiting a month for a letter confirming an appointment for minor surgery so it seems that the back office staff are under capacity. Like others I have concerns with the abruptness of the receptionists, especially one day when a very confused lady didn't know her way to the GP's room and was ignored.

Dr Cherry Brightwell is always helpful and gives you the time to explain what the problem is. I'm pleased with service I receive at the surgery.

In all the time I have been registered at this practice I have received excellent care. The reception staff always helpful and polite.
